Extended info pop up windows

I am trying to create pop-up windows for some of the products on my site. As far as I can see, I have followed the instructions correctly, but cannot get a preview.

I keep getting an error message :

C:\Programme files\ActinicEcommerce V6\Sites\Site1\Acti_ExtendedImagesAbove.html File not found.

Can anyone suggest how I can rectify this. I ain't too computer literate.

It looks like you're trying to use an invalid template for the popup. Try using a different one. Look in Product Details / Extended Information / Popup Page / Layout.

You may also have defined an invalid default layout in Design / Options / Layouts / Extended Prooduct Information.

In the "Product Details" window, go to the "Extended Information" tab. Check the box "Generate Popup Page". Enter the text in the text box. Under "Display By:" select the one you want. Once that is working you can customise.
