    General Script Error Deleting file

    Hello

    Can anyone help me

We run Actinic v5 and have a problem when a particular customer tries to add something to his shopping cart. As soon as he tries it, he gets the error message

"A general script error has occurred. Error deleting ../onlineg/acatalog/cache4ZbaguZserverZntliZnetA1083925508B4245.cart (No such file or directory)"

I have tried to get the same error on my PC but it does not happen.

    Has anybody got any ideas?

    Thanks
    Mike

History points to this being a firewall / Privacy issue, i.e. at your customers end using XP maybe or having privacy really tight which is preventing the cart software from saving the shopping cart content.

You might want to look at creating your own P3P folder and information on the site (http://www.google.co.uk/search?q=cre...e+Search&meta= will give you some info on that) or go for v6 which contains this functionality already.

      Thanks for the information
I think they are running XP so I will look at the security
