I think this is only affecting my AOL customers who are using version 9 (but i am yet to prove or disprove this).
The customer is getting the receipt email from the website but any emails we send them from within actinic (the order shipped mail etc) get placed in the customers AOL spam folder and hence we get alot of them phoning up complaining that they have had no emails from us etc!
Has anyone else come across this and more importantly know how to solve it!?
