Actinic SSL checkout window

Does anyone know why the Actinic SSL window appears but does not display the credit card selection, nor any fill-in fields.

I have switched sitewide SSL off, and activated Actinic's built in window. It all works except for displaying the complete window SSL form.

I've checked from 3 PCs with the same result. Java is installed on all three. The correct windows appears on another Actinic site from these 3 PCs.

Cookies where set to wide open.

I've removed the entire site and refreshed.

I've set the permissions to 755 on the cgi-bin and 644 on the .pm files within it.
I've set 777 on the acatalog and everything under it.

As an initial question - does the in-built encryption applet just hang as a grey rectangle, or does the applet load but then not show any fields?
