My client is using Business v 6.0.1 and wants to offer free personalisaton of products if a specific marketing offer code is entered. We do not want to have to set up accounts beforehand for various reasons.
Currently the chargeable personalisation is set up as a component linked back to a hidden product which sets the price etc. This component is used throughout the catalog to allow for personalisation of many products.
Is it possible to let shoppers select their products and personalisation options, then at the payment stage enter the offer code which would reduce the total amount by deducting the personalisation charges (there could be several of these within the order).
