    Worldpay Receipt?

    Hi

    We have nearly finished our store and are in the process of putting through test orders.

    Should we get a receipt from Worldpay saying that the transaction has matched card holders details etc?

    I know we get one with our site and then we take a view on if we ship or ask them for more details.

    For some reason we are getting none.

    Have I set something up wrong?

    Yes, you should get an email as the site operator with information like the following:

    the above payment has been processed.

    AVS results:
    security code comparison - not supported
    postcode comparison - matched
    address comparison - matched
    card issue country/contact country comparison - matched

    or what ever depending on the order.

    Login to your worldpay administration server account and go into your configuration options for the installation(s) live and test and then assign the email addresses you wish different emails to be sent to.
