processing switch card orders

Hi

Are there any issues with processing orders with a switch card when an issue number and a security code is entered?

We have noticed on a couple of orders that have come through, the security code always seems to come through as -1?

anyone any ideas?

I think a '-1' in the database is for when customers do not enter a security code online.
