Urgent help needed

I wonder if any one can help me i need to export some data from actinic v6.1.4.
i have used the froogle export and all the information i need is there with one problem it also exports the information from the full description on each product, its this information that i do not require is there anyway that i can export this in the same format but with out the full description included.

You could run a query in Access from ActinicCatalog.mdb found in the Site 1 folder

or you could just edit the froogle export to remove the product description column

open it in excel, tell the import that is it comma delimited (i thinkits comma) and then remove the column

Thanks both for all your help it was appreciated.

But just for future ref if anybody asks, i upgraded to version 6.1.4 before this thread started and did not check the froogle export again as i did not think that it would change, but it has and now when you export it and open the file in excel the information is uniform and in its own column and not muddled up as it was before, so it is now in a usable form for what i need.

there was a bug in the froogle export which was fixed in 6.1.4

So for anyone who is interested and wants to use the froogle export you need to upgrade!!
