Checkout confirmation page possible?

Is there a way to create a confirmation page that would appear between act_order02.html and act_order04.html which would allow the customer to confirm evertyhing they entered before placing the order. I don't really like how it places the order right after entering credit card details without verifying that the information entered is correct.
