When you add an item to the cart it takes you to the cart and displays the contents before returning you to where you came from - is there a way of adding the item to the cart but not going there? this would make it a lot quicker to add things to the basket...

This is not possible I'm afraid. The only approach would be to change the 'Bounce Page Delay' on 'Design | Options | Shop Defaults' to '1'. This will make the page as fast as possible. -

The Shopping Mode change won't affect other sections, but the Bounce Page Delay will affect all sections.Comment
