configure method in payment section disabled

Hi,

We have just had to reinstall the computer that runs the ordering for our actinic powered website due to a virus, the problem being when receiving orders the credit card details are not coming through.

also the configure method in payment section is disabled I assume some way this has to be turned on but we don't seem to be able to find out how to get it working.

With regards to the decryption issue, I imagine you have different settings in 'Housekeeping | Security' than you had before - this will affect the decryption of orders.

If you have no record of the settings from your toasted Actinic, then you need to do a 'Web | Refresh Website' from this new PC to put the new encryption details on the site.

With regards to the 'Configure Method' button it is only active on the 'Credit cards captured for later processing' and PSP payment methods so ensure you have one of those highlighted.
