Site Down Help please!!

When I attempt to download orders from Electronicdungeon.co.uk I get:


The web server returned an unexpected error. The server response was 400 - Bad Request. Run Web | Configure Web Site Details... to review your web site configuration.

When I run the web configuration at the email part I get: a long note with error 554 listed

have emailed hosts awaiting a response, Email is being redirected successfully from the site and I can place dummy orders.

similar error when I attempt a site refresh.

I'm wondering if you have the same problem as some of our other users of a server update over the weekend to Windows 2003 causing issues.

Try a Web | Refresh Website and see if that helps.

Well that may be the case - I have contacted my host.

But as you will note in my mail - I have attempted a full site refresh and it wont work. it returns the error message as I intimated.
