Is it possible to have a popup window when first going onto the index page that is capturing email addresses. Each month there is a draw for a different product (the image appears in the popup) from that months respondants who enter their email address.

Yes, but you'd have to generate the code for the popup yourself and the bit of code that captures and sends you the email address. Not too difficult, but needs coding experience and is probably less than an hours work for someone who understands it.
