Importing Shipping Details

I have a site that I want to have the same shipping details as another site that I have. Is there any way that I can import the details including locations, costs and zones etc from one to the other?

Go to 'File | Export' and select 'Shipping Tables'. These can then be imported as a hierarchical file.
