Need more control over "Welcome To Our Site" page

I know that the welcome page is created using information from the SiteRoot_index file but I can't find anything on what files are used to create the SiteRoot_index file. I want to get more control over the welcome page so that I can increase table widths etc.

Any info on the welcome page would be appreciated.

you would need to edit either act_brochure_primary.html or act_primary.html

the files you refer to are generated files. The file I mention are the files which are used to build the site.

in your site1 folder you will find all the files ACT_ for editting.

go to the actinic site and download the advanced User Guide for help in template editting

hi there,

if its the brochure index that your refering to then I felt exactly the same when I first started using actinic however as long as you have an understanding of basic html you can trick actinic into controlling your homepage body content virtually how you want.
