Home page button problem, products + offers link

Can some one please tell me why on the computer i use Actinic on the PROCUCTS button on the web site sends me to

http://www.ar-sheldon.com/index/index.html

instead of

http://www.ar-sheldon.com/acatalog/index.html

it also sends me to the wrong address from
"What we have to offer" section on the home page.

I have access to 2 other computers on the same internet conection and they work fine!

Does the pc that has the problem have anything different on it to the other two machines, such as a firewall or a different version of Internet Explorer?

I tested the links out and they both work fine for me.

All Computers have Norton firewall, should be set up same, but probably not! Although you can disable the firewall ( i have to to see threads and the reply button in this forum).

Since I posted the thread it still did not work the next day, but now the link works ok, just cost me 1/2 a day woundering wether the site was working as orders are slow!

All very strange as the web site before that day had worked fine too!

Your problem was probably a duff session file for your shop visit, which had an incorrect value for the store URL.

If it happens again, go to 'Help | Troubleshooting' and click 'Purge Session Files'.
