i seem to have messed up the tax

I get this message

"Select Shipping Destination - Your order has exceeded the shipping tables defined by the supplier, therefore it is not possible to calculate the shipping cost. Please contact the supplier with this information as they will be happy to process your order and will then be able to correct the shipping tables.
Thank you."

when i try to take products to the checkout after i have entered the shipping destination.

how can i fix it?

Go to 'Business Settings | Shipping and Handling' and take a look at the shipping classes. Have you got 'Do Not Allow Excess' selected for any of them? If so, try changing to 'Take the Highest Value in the Table'.

HI chris, yeah that was what was wrong, i messed around with the settings after i had sent the request to actinic and its all working now, and i got the tax sorted, so now its taken off in the checkout
