Stand by stupid question coming up

Please will someone tell me which template do i edit to change the "html for name" on new componant so that it is in bold and larger type face

i think its one of thise days and i cant see the wood for the trees

I just format it with html tags, for example:

<b><font size="+1">insert descriptions here</font></b>

Yes i got that but when i tried to edit the template in product variants, general, compnt.name it made no differance to the page at all

am i in the wrong template ?????

Enter the HTML mentioned actually into the 'HTML for Name' field itself (within the 'Component' window).
