I've just spent 30 minutes testing the beta and it works beautifully! Many thanks.
For the rest of actinic users out there, you really should take a look at this utility. It is one super-charged piece of software if you ever have to communicate with your repeat customers - either by email or snail mail (even fax or SMS if you collect those details. The filtering/selection options are mind-blowing!
For example, I wanted contact details for schools who have not yet paid for their subscription to a particular product. Got them in 5 seconds flat.
I also needed details of all our recent school customers with a Belfast postcode. It took 2 minutes to extract, export and import the data into a mailmerge. Fantastic.
