    Worldpay wont connect to actinic and no error message

    Has anyone had problems getting actinic to connect to worldpay?

    I have configured my payment provider settings in actinic but when I try to make an order and get actinic to connect to worldpay I get a blank screen and no error message. This is very frustrating and Worldpay are very unhelpful despite paying them £300 already!

    Hi,

    We have not had any other reports of this problem. Can you try the following for me and if that does not work I will pass it onto our development team to take a look:

    1. Take a back-up of your site

    2. Open 'Windows Explorer' and browse to the 'c:\program files\actinic ecommerce v6\OCCUpgrade\CommonOCC\' folder

    3. Copy the following files:

    Act_OCCWorldpayTemplate.html
    OCCWorldPayScriptTemplate.pl

    4. Paste them into the 'c:\program files\actinic ecommerce v6\sites\site1\commonOCC\' folder - replacing the ones already there (replace 'site1' with the site name).

    5. Check that you have onLoad="NETQUOTEVAR:ONLOAD" within the <body> tag in your Act_Primary.html template.

    6. Refresh the site (Web | Refresh website).

    Let me know if this solves the problem.
