We have recently suffered our computer crashing and it has wiped off all the information relating to Actinic. I have reinstalled the software, but can't find a way of restoring the site. Is this possible? Can it be downloaded from the hosting server? if it can can it be restored back to the Actinic software.

The site that is online is the end - result - generated pages which can not be simply downloaded and imported into your Actinic software I am afraid.
The software is the Db side of it all, which then produces all of the end generated files (html and cgi) which the sites runs on.
The best thing is to login to your site via FTP and download all of your images etc and then using your current online site, rebuild by copying the information back into Actinic.
