Act_OrderRecEmail.txt does not appear to be sent from my v5.1.6 version.

Can you tell me how this is enabled.

Have you selected 'Send Receipt Email To Customer' in 'Business Settings | Orders'?

Yes this is enabled.

Act_CustomerEmail.txt works OK

but not Act_OrderRecEmail or is this a manual thing i.e. not sent automatically?

Sorry - I understand now.

You just need to right-click on an order and select 'Order Summary'.
