without sounding like a complete muppet,
can anyone please tell me how to work out how much to multiply a base price to get the correct amount..
example to acheive 20% discount you will need to multiply all your prices by 0.80.

ok so what do i multiply by to get a discount structure of...

4%
5%
6%
7%
8%
9%
10%

3% = 0.97
4% = 0.96
5% = 0.95
6% = 0.94
7% = 0.93
8% = 0.92
9% = 0.91
10% = 0.90
