Is there anyway that when a user chooses to pay via paypal that on the page that comes on next and automatically jumps to paypal in 5 seconds that we can make it so it doesn't automatically jump, they have to click a button to continue. If you catch my drift???

I would suggest creating an overall layout template specifically for your checkout (your may have already done this) and then specify this template in 'Design | Options | Layout'.
Within this file, remove 'NETQUOTEVAR:ONLOAD' from the <body> tag.
