shipping destination dropdown alter input tag

Hi,
Is it possible to alter the <input... tag on the "Select Shipping Destination" drop down box on the first page of the checkout? The tag name is: LocationDeliveryRegion.

I would like to change it to a hidden type tag, forcing UK only as delivery destination. The site has multiple invoice locations, and two types of shipping within the UK.

The input tag in in ODTemplate.html in SiteHTML folder, but that gets overwritten.

Try selecting 'Do not allow shipping' under 'If shipping band not defined' in 'Business Settings | Shipping and Handling'.

I think you may also need to select 'Do not allow 'None of the Above' as a zone member' in 'Business Settings | Tax' as well (highlight the 'No Tax Levied' zone).
