Single Add To Cart

I'm confused. The site I'm working on currently has a single add to cart button (http://www.gdrsales.com). The client wants to change it so that the buttons are located under each product. Usually this would be a no-brainer. I've gone into Design | Options | Shop Defaults and changed things, but the single add to cart remains. I thought perhaps I changed my templates, but it sure doesn't appear that I did. Any ideas on what I'm missing?

Open one of your dodgy Sections and look under Layout / Shopping Mode. You may have overidden the default and selected it there.
