Customise the receipt?

Hi all,

I've just been trying to find a way I can customise the "thank you for your purchase" message which gets sent out.

I'd like to change it so it's more specific.

If I had three categories - bulbs, brushes and cars. I'd like to be able to have it worded so that the auto message sends "...thank you for purchasing a bulb..." or "...thank you for purchasing a car..." depending on the category the purchase came from.

Any ideas?

I don't think it's possible to customise the email receipt dependant upon the product ordered, although you can change the standard receipt to suit your business if required.

In case you need to know the files to edit, the email receipt template is Act_CustomerEmail.txt and the HTML receipt template is Act_Order04.html.
