    Actinic v7 & Internetters

Upgraded to v7 this week and wondered after a few days why I hadn't received any orders
Put in an order myself and when directed to my shared SSL site (with Internetters) received this General Script Error:

Error: The shared SSL site is out of sync with the Actinic Ecommerce version. The catalog requested protocol version 2, but the shared SSL site only supports protocol version(s) 1,.

Press the Browser back button and try again or contact the site owner

I contacted Internetters who said they were working on it.
Contacted Actinic Support who lead me through deleting all *.pl and lots of other files but, to no avail

Anyone else using Internetters shared SSl with V7 and is sure that there set up is working OK?

    Thanks in advance

Have you spoken to Internetters yet? Have they been able to cast any light on it?

Yes - spoke to them on Saturday.

They say they are working on upgrading the protocol and it should be completed by the end of the month.

        Have you had an update?

I've just finished a huge upgrade on one of my sites that use internetters and I don't really want to upload it to find that the payments wont work. Is it working yet?

          Yes!

          Sorry, should have replied earlier.

Site was upgraded early last week and the new protocol works fine.
Actinic kindly helped me out with their shared SSL whilst waiting.
