The T&C still got bypassed.

I have followed the guide very closely to make sure the customer check the T&C before checking out. I tried without checking the T&C and it didn't popup the windows to warn me which suppose so.

I did place the javascript code in the correct place. I examined the code line by line and they are all identical to the advance guide.
