Receipt Template

I would like to add some text to the Receipt which Customer will print out after order is made using Invoice and Payment before delivery.

Where can I find this template?

The very last Orders template Act_Order04 is the one within Advanced | Template Manager | Ordering tab and Order Phase 4 button.
