Hello I am having a problem with orders being recieved customers can can navigate throughout the website and even place orders however when they go to checkout they get a page can not be displayed error I have reset and re uploaded the site and can not get it to work HELP PLEASE

I've looked at your site and it's probably a problem with your SSL setup. When I try to go to the checkout I can see a reference to SSLbounce in the transitional URL before the error appears.
I can't help you on SSL but I'm sure some of the others can if you post some more details about your SSL setup.

A good start would be to click the 'Export' button in 'Advanced | Network Setup' and attach the exported file here.
Please make sure you remove any usernames and passwords first!Comment
