    Invalid signature

    Hello,
    I'm testing live and getting the following error message when I try to dowload orders:
    'The payment service provider authorization downloaded for the order number … had an invalid signature '

    I'm aware of the solution below
    Solution: This occurs if the configuration details for Authorize.net have not been entered correctly in View | Business Settings | Payment and Security.
    Check the details carefully and re-test after making any changes.

    I have checked all the detail and as far as I know - it all looks OK.

    Also, all my orders I've generated seem to appear in PSP pending section of the order screen.
    So when I try to print a packing list, it says there are no valid outstanding packing lists to print.

    Please can you help.

    Hi Nick

    Invalid signature are always down to the Merchant ID or Secret/Confirm key being wrong, or even if there is one character out.

    Normally with these situtations, i advise the client to go to the "Payment and Security" tab, click on "Configure Method" and simply copy and paste the Merchant ID and Secret Key from the
    information, provided in the Authorize.net Email.
    Once you have done this, simply update your site

    If you are still getting issues; then i would contact Authorize.net and get them to check the key.

      I've got this sorted now.
      I thought an O (oscar) was an 0 (zero).
