The offline ordering is great for orders sent in via cheque or postal order but I was rather hoping that an order could be placed and then automatically passed thru to the payment provider ie in our case Worldpay so we could enter credit card details rather than having to go via our webiste to place orders.

Or / also, would it be possible to have some items like in an admin section that is hidden unless a customer group (in this case admin) logs in? ie certain items/products would only be displayed on a relavent login. Used for re-ship charges when a package has been returned to us after non collection from the post office.

    Hope this makes sense! doh!

It would be nice to automatically do the CC payments for offline orders, but most PSPs allow you to enter payments through a manual payment screen. Doesn't worldpay allow this?

PS. The current system has the benefit that only authorised individuals can make CC payments or refunds. If Actinic did more then it would definitely need a login screen. Maybe it's about time it had one anyway (optional please) ?

Mike is right - you should have the facility of a 'virtual terminal' of some description with WorldPay that you can have open whilst entering CC orders.

I've added all the ideas/comments to the wish list.

The Worldpay on-line terminal is called "WorldAccess".

We use it all the time.
