Back to the Sidebar Boxes.

How about...

An image with text.

An image with (hyper) linked text. (To a product for example).

A numbered list of (linked to) products. eg. a Top Ten.

I'm sure a lot of folks will make these changes so its probably worth putting the info here.

And I cannot get the boxes closer together (vertically).

And helping Me 'n' Ian of course.

Best to make major alterations in Act_Primary.html

For all of these you need to create your own custom file that contains the HTML for these - and then use the instructions I gave you under 'Using the contents of a file in the left sidebar box' to include the information within this file into the store pages.

And I cannot get the boxes closer together (vertically).

Remove the <p>&nbsp;</p> code from between the boxes in Act_Primary.html and Act_BrochurePrimary.html.

I thought that would be the answer to the first one. What are the options for file type. Should it be a text html (.txt) , or an actual html (.html).

Thanks for the paragraph removal, I really need to get into this html language more.

It doesn't actually matter what extension you use for your custom file - just as long as you refer to it correctly in the 'Value' field of the custom properties grid.

What is the best way to add say, two more of these boxes to each side?
