Automatic Refund Email

Is there a way of sending an automatic email when a refund is given?

Not in V6 but you could in V7 because you can extend the list of emails available to send from Actinic.

We have a product called One Stop Order Processing that allows you to process orders in batches and find orders easily, this will have an email module in the next version - it will be multiuser as well, so you will be able have several people processing orders and answer enquiries, this will work for V4, V5, V6 and V7.

The new version will be available in a few weeks time (available for beta before that).

If you use a PSP for order processing, they often send out an email to the customer when you issue a refund against a transaction.

Just to let anyone else know - Protx as a PSP don't offer the refund e-mail as an option.
