My cart is always empty !! ??

Order some product - confirm the number of items - it looks like its gone into the cart, but click the cart button and it's empty.

Click on checkout and there's a message about there being nothing in the cart - which is the same problem.

This happened midway through a day with no updates having been made to the site...

Any ideas??

I placed 2 test orders without a problem. You can ignore orders TT222250000566 and TT222250000567. See if you have a cookie problem on the computer you are trying to order from.

It fixed itself ... !!! ????

I got the orders. Wierd - I think it may have been a diskspace issue at the ISP - unable to write cart files. I had tried3 different PC's to order from, and none of them worked - although I treid ordering from someone elses actinic site without problem - so the problem wasn't cookies at the client end.

it sounds as if it is pc based, either cookies or cache

My ISP suffered a power-outage last night.

So it WAS a server based problem.
