    checkout not completing?

    I have had a few phone calls today from customers who say
    after filling in their credit card details after a purchase it does not go past that screen or goes blank?

    Has there been a glitch today with actinic shared ssl?
    is it something within actinic i need to tweak?
    it has been ok up till now.

    Are you using Actinic's Shared SSL service or another providers of the Actinic Shared SSL service?

      i am using actinc shared ssl and when i get to the credit card screen

      www.secure.actinic.com/cgi-bin/sp000000.pi

      it will not go any further?

      any ideas

        I am sure that it should be trying to connect to:

        https://secure.actinic.com/cgi-bin/sp000000.pl as opposed to the www.secure.actinic.com/cgi-bin/sp000000.pi that you list....

        Have you updated your Actinic Shared SSL installation on your system or anything that might have changed your settings maybe?

        If not, make sure you have your ID and go into the View | Business Settings | Payment & Security tab and go through selecting the Actinic one from those listed and then entering your details again that you were provided with when you signed up and then update your site for this to take effect, and see if that solves the problem.
