Option to edit cart at first checkout page.

Is there a way to add a link to edit the cart at first checkout page? Users often say they have added an item twice in our shop, and it then ends up with them not buying anything as they get confused. I'd really like to be able to add a link to "If your cart is incorrect, click here to change it" which then takes them to the cart page. The place to add it is at the bottom of the cart summary on the Select shipping destination page (the URL says os000001.pl?ACTION=Start if that helps).

Is this possible? If it is automatic in v7, I'll upgrade now!
