Error messages

these are the errors i get, are they to do eith me or Actinic? the top one is the view basket the middle is checkout and the bottom one is search. any help would be very much appriciated! Thanks.

When you click add to cart, it goes to 'http://ca000001.pl/'

This is wrong, it should be going to 'http://www.captinweb.co.uk/cgi-bin/ca000001.pl' or somthing like that.

Could you have a look at Advanced | Network Setup, and let me know what your Catalog URL and CGI-BIN URL are? This may be were the problem lies...

i have tested the link buy putting the www.captinweb.co.uk/cgi-bin/ in front of the ca00001.pl and it works. is this a script problem where i should put the www. bit infront in the script so i contacts the right page??

i was wrong

i was wrong, ive fixed the shopping basket and checkout now but the "add to basket" button is bringing the same error as the shoppoing basket but cant see the link to it

Hmmm, I think I will need to see the snapshot of your site to see whats going on now...

You do this by going to File | Snapshot | Export Site, if its smaller than 8Mb you can email it to the link at the bottom of the page.

If you put it to the attention of me (James) I will have a look.

If its bigger than 8Mb, let me know, and I can give you somewhere to upload it to.
