4.0.8.BIDA download?

I have a client I need to do some urgent for - his version is 4.0.8.BIDA, and I don't have any installers going back that far (although I did recently throw out about 6 CDs with 4.1.3 on them!) - if anyone can provide a download of 4.0.8.BIDA (US actinic catalog), and also links to highest v4 upgraders, I would be most grateful!
