Actinic Link for Sage Line 50

Hi,

When will a beta version of Actinic Link for Sage Line 50 be available? The V7 patch has been created for Quick Books but not for Sage.

I'd really like the answer to this question too.

I was ready to install Actinic v6 site at the clients premises at the beginning of May with them paying for Sage Link - then I heard the new version was shipping with Link so I made them wait.

Got the software on a Monday to install on Wednesday - imagine my delight when I opened the box and discovered it wasn't in this release!

So now they are waiting and calling me every few days for 'when will it happen' and I can't tell them except for a vague end-of-June that I've been told by Actinic.

Reading the release notes for v7.0.1 it doesn't appear to be in that release either.

Can someone at Actinic give a definite date for Sage integration to be released?

do you still need a stand alone link program or is it hidden away in V7. I cant find it

You still need a stand-alone Link program with v7, but it will be a free option with Business and Developer.

We're still working flat-out on the Sage Link at the moment. We encountered a couple of problems which is why things are delayed, but we hope that we've now found how to clear them up.

All being well, Sage Line 50 Link will be out next week with v7.0.1. Sorry about the delay.

I am now confused (easily done),

With V6 I understood that Actinic Link worked with Sage line 50 & Actinic Business or developer but you had to purchase it.

Your reply suggests that Actinic Link will now work with V7 catalog but you will have to buy it, or you get it bundled free with Actinic Business and Developer.

If this is correct I may have an Actinic Catalog customer who will want to buy the Actinic Link software.

Please Clarify the situation.

Actinic Link is now a free option with Actinic Business or Actinic Developer. It's not available with Actinic Catalog.
