Site Backup Problem

I am trying to take a backup of my site using the site snapshot tool. At the end of the backup I get a message which tells me there was a fatal error and the backup has been abandoned. I get the following error message when I click for more details.

FATAL ERRORS
(File SnapshotWizard.cpp, Line 776) - Archive error 5 - The compression operation failed
Library error - Can not open file C:\Program Files\Actinic Ecommerce v6\Sites\CW Telford\ActinicCatalog.mdb ! has been caught.


How can I correct this. The site seems to work fine when I preview it.

I have has something sim ular every now and then.

The way I sort it is to close down Actinic.

Re-open Actinic

Compact database for Catalog, this then automatically closes down actinic

Reopen and you should be fine
