    Free sample product

I want to send a free sample product with every order. I want it to appear on the packing list (so we remember to pack it) and on the invoice (so the customer knows it's supposed to be there and we didn't just pack it by mistake, and also to show the price as £0.00)

How would I go about that?

If I then wanted to add another free gift, for orders over £50 only, how would I do that?

Best way to do this would be with a V7 Business Upgrade. The discounting features make these types of actions much easier

But you'll all be able to see my lovely site soon...

You could use a custom packing list or invoice that automatically add the product to the list of items purchased - you could have it hardcoded (very cheap) or added from a table of freebies that you edited in MS Access (quite cheap).

        Is your site still orange?

still orange. this is a different site selling different products. and it looks pretty cool if I do say so myself...

I'll contact you off line to talk about how batch processing will cope with multiple websites...
