Our client uses Actinic Catalog version 4.0.7.0.2.0 BASA which has been running without problem for several years.
We have tried to download orders today and are getting a 400 bad request error message.
No changes have been made to Actinic or the website. The only thing that has changed is that the hoster (Fasthosts) has recently upgraded to windows 2003 servers and I believe that this is the first time orders have been downloaded since then.
I have asked the hoster to checked file permissions etc. Does anyone have any ideas?
