Compeleted Orders in Test Mode

I am just setting up my site with world pay, have downloaded the orders and messed around to see what is what. But what i have not found out is how one gets a completed order as currenty i have the same order in the three tabs, Pending, Pending and Completed and Pending Payment service providor. How can i get a full completed order? Is this possible in Test Mode?

Hi Daniel

For an order to be completed the following has to be fulfilled.

a. Collect payments
b. Print the invoice/Export to file
c. Ship all the products in the order

Have you done all this? And can you also clarify what you mean by test mode.

This is very inflexible, as there may be times that the entire process is not required, as we have on one of our shop sites.

We have products that can help you get around this by bypassing parts of the process, the two main ones are

One Stop Automation : this will download orders, ship the order lines, format the addresses nicely and then print the invoices and/or packing list (or bypass printing) orders as they arrive.

One Stop Order Processing : this allows you to process orders in batches, as well as the batch features in One Stop Automation, you can add payment records as well.

If you find that the order processing is Actinic is not useful you can bypass it by checking a box in view business settings/ordering tab.

Why does it not surprise me that Actinic is not very flexible....? After all it must be really difficult to stick on a button, which completes the order in one go!
