    Error message when confirm or cancel product

    i have version 4 and for some reason it did not put the website up on the net with teh details i had given it, so i put them in the relevant folders that was created buy v4 in my ftp. i have had some problems doing so and not knowing what to do and most of the time help from here is very good. so when i confirm or cancel a product in my shopping basket it comes up with this message. "A General Script Error Occurred
    Error: Error deleting ../httpdocs/acatalog/172Z190Z62Z189A1087816025B87542.cart (No such file or directory).
    Press the Browser back button and try again or contact your ISP." PLease help what should i do, have a file missing or not in the right place? im thinking of upgrading to v7 would that solve y problem and if so how long does it take to come?

    The settings in your networks setup are wrong.

    This not only means that actinic can't transfer files into the right place, but that when looking for files (such as session files) it can't find them.

    Try running the network setup wizard again, and if that doesn't help post the results up here (blanking out your username and password). There are a bunch of us here who can usually spot the most common errors.

      This is also the error that you receive when Norton Internet Security is stripping out information from the site.

      Are you using v4.1.1 with the 'norton patch' installed to work around this issue? You can get everything you need from http://www.actinicdownloads.com/v4/
