Have just received an email from an irate customer, saying he has been trying to checkout an order for the last hour, and has eventually been given the message:
"Select Shipping Destination - Your order has exceeded the shipping tables defined by the supplier, therefore it is not possible to calculate the shipping cost. Please contact the supplier with this information as they will be happy to process your order and will then be able to correct the shipping tables"
Our shipping tables are set up based on weight (although we actually only use one charge for all weights), and have countries restricted to within Europe.
As this is the first time I have encountered this (I was actually thinking the other day how few complaints we do receive - silly to tempt fate!!), I wondered if anyone can shed any light on what might have happened.
Any help appreciated
Thanks
Martin
