    Problems viewing a page

I've had a customer email me to say that they can not see all the aspects on a page they view - they can see the text but no price and no add to cart button. The page in question is:

    http://puddlepetcare.co.uk/acatalog/..._Products.html

I've had this before when someones firewall was set to maximum security and when they reduced the security it was fine. However the customer has done this and still can't see the price or add to cart for the Fresh Flow on this page - but they can view lots of other pages in full. (they sent me an email with 30 pdf files proving this!!).

Can anyone have a look and see if they have the same problem or does anyone have any ideas why this might be?

    Thanks

It works for me, but there's some strange stuff in your code.

    1. You have two </head> tags. One is usually enough

    2. this is what your price prompt looks like in my HTML viewer. What in the world is happening here????

    <Actinic:PRICES PROD_REF="258" RETAIL_PRICE_PROMPT="„7“œ›(
    àeà øbÚ ðK„XDl_Éé ">

PS. I can't believe you're using a blank title tag. This is one of the main places to put your important keywords for the search engines.

Thanks Mike - yep know about the odd bits in the code - and the title tags - we're working on them -honest!!

      As for what's going on with:<Actinic:PRICES PROD_REF="258" RETAIL_PRICE_PROMPT="„7“œ›(
      àeà øbÚ ðK„XDl_Éé ">

I have no idea - obviously some sort of corruption - will try deleting the product and re-entering tomorrow to see if I can get rid of it.

This I suppose could be the problem for the customer - but not for everyone - we've sold over 90 of these in the last couple of weeks - so obviously not everyone is having a problem!!

      Thanks
