Strange characters in code

It's been pointed out to us that we may have some very strange characters in our code for retail_price_prompt. The code for every product we've looked at so far is:

RETAIL_PRICE_PROMPT="_X
LgÖˆêÝP`!_DåXDlP‡">

I'm assuming this isn't correct.

Also - don't know if this is related or not - but the cart contents display (bit on the left hand side of the screen) isn't working properly.

It shows nothing in the basket even if there are products in there, however if you view basket they suddenly appear, but when go back into catalog they disappear again.

Any ideas?

Your website looks ok, there doesn't seem to be any extra code any where. Even the cart contents on the left hand side are ok.

Where exactly did you find all this garbage data. I was looking at the url you have given on the community, is that the one your are talking about.

Thanks Kiran - however I can still see the problem.

If you look at page:

http://puddlepetcare.co.uk/acatalog/..._Products.html

and view source and search for retail_price you should see:

RETAIL_PRICE_PROMPT="Ӯf
LgÖˆêÝP`!DåXDlP‡"><br><span class="actxsmall">

With the cart summary - if you add something to the basket - it shows in the cart summary on the left hand side of the screen. However if you continue shopping - it disappears. View basket and it comes back, continue shopping and it goes again!

Are you getting orders okay?

Can you search Design > Text for the text string

Yes, I did see the problem. I think something in your productline template is causing the problem. So if you can attach the template(Act_Productline.html), I'll take a look at it and get back to you.

Also have a look in Design / Text / Phase -1, ID 1195 and check that it is

<Actinic:PRICES PROD_REF="%s">
