    Actinic Link (Actinic to sage)

    I am trying to process orders from actinic into sage, however i get an error saying "No CSV files found" it the shuts down, when i click the processing button. Even though it says in the status bar on Link that "CSV's found" and the text fields are pointing to the right directory. Any ideas on this one much appreciated

    Hi There,

    Can you confirm where Actinic is exporting to. This is set in 'Business Settings | Order Processing' and should be something like C:\Program Files\Actinic Link\Sage Line 50\DataFiles\Site1\Source\

    Also are you creating the export files with the correct names...
    orders.csv
    persons.csv
    orderlines.csv
    payments.csv
    buyers.csv

      I would need to double check this on my clients machine, but that does sound right. The files are defo there and exporting to the dir you suggest. But i would absolutly need to confirm this when i next see my client....i'll keep you posted.
